Recent volunteer interns Lizzie Pittman and Nicole Munoz, both high school seniors, spent their summer helping the Foundation with some monumental projects! From organizing bookshelves and re-designing the community pantry layouts to re-thinking our guest interactions and expanding the breadth of the Nora’s Home community beyond our walls with the upcoming implementation of the El Rio Amigos program, these gals proved to be incredibly valuable to the continuing success of the mission of Nora’s Gift Foundation.
Nora’s Home readily welcomes volunteers and we aim to find ways to capitalize on the unique skills of our individual community members so that every volunteer feels needed and abundantly helpful and appreciated.
