Our Guest Services are the frontline for Nora’s Home and set the tone for our guests’ stay. The compassion and problem solving they demonstrate in their work is often what makes or breaks the experience for our guests so it’s vital that our team is equipped with great customer service skills.

Operations Staff: Housekeeping

Nora’s Home takes pride in providing guests a safe and comfortable place to stay. We could never achieve this without the direction, dedication and organization from our Housekeeping staff. Duties range from cleaning guest rooms and common areas to performing routine maintenance such as changing AC filters, vacuuming refrigerator coils, or simply changing lightbulbs. All of the duties our housekeeping staff perform keep the home running and functioning properly.

While the Operations Staff maintain the home and act as the face of Nora’s Home for our guests, the Foundation staff work behind-the-scenes in fundraising, marketing, event management and program development to ensure the future of Nora’s Home. Our Foundation Staff work hand-in-hand with our Board of Directors, donor constituents, volunteers and contracted employees to provide a network of support for our guests.
