Recently, Nora’s Home hosted a spring luncheon to say thanks to all of the dedicated social workers from the TMC Transplant Centers for their continued efforts in helping their patients along their transplant journey. Social workers are primarily responsible for referring patients to this unique space where patients can heal with the support of fellow transplant peers sharing a similar journey, so we thank them for their trust in our mission and its success. Nora’s Home wouldn’t have such a close-knit family if it wasn’t for the help of these hard-working social workers.
