Nora’s Home guests recently enjoyed a delicious breakfast courtesy of our Housekeeping Supervisor Carmen Alferez! Normally you find Carmen in the kitchen earnestly taking care that surfaces are kept clean, that dishes and trash are taken care of, and preparing coffee every morning for our guests to enjoy. This week she lovingly prepared the most delicious papusas for the home to enjoy.
Carmen hails from El Salvador, where papusas are the national dish. She served them with the traditional curtido and a tomato salsa. We can’t recall a more delicious breakfast!
