Nora’s Home kicked off its inaugural annual appeal in 2021 named the Welcome Home Annual Fund. This fund was created as a yearly campaign to support the ongoing operation needs of our facility and bridge the gap between the true cost of a night’s stay and what guests can afford to pay.
We set a goal of $100,000 and were blown away with the response from the Nora’s Home community. Throughout the holidays gifts continued to come in and we ended 2021 having raised $195,621.70 for the home!
Not only are we able to ensure the financial health and longevity of the home through this effort, but also provide the items that make a home like – 24-hour staff and housekeeping; functional goods such as kitchenware, linens and paper goods; sanitation protocols that make the home safe; and professional services that keep the house running.
