Chef of the Day: Anya and Soleil White

Our chef of the day on Thursday, October 11 was Anya White, a Houston Methodist employee, and her daughter Soleil.  This was the first chef of the day in the new building and the meal included: Moroccan chicken, Spanish rice, slow-cooked pinto beans, sautéed broccoli, and cookies. We look forward to many more meals like this and would like to thank Anya and Soleil for sharing with us.
